When a Return/Refund is Applicable

We only provide return or refund in the following case:

Conditions for Claim

To be eligible for a return or refund in case of a damaged product:

  1. You must record a clear unboxing/opening video of the package from start to finish, without any cuts or edits.

  2. The video must clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and the product in damaged condition.

  3. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

  4. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the order details and unboxing video.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are not damaged.

  • Orders without unboxing video proof.

  • Any complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery.
